Ok so what's my personal opinion on the sales!!!
Definitely get the Les Mills Combat and Pump if you are even slightly considering it! These programs are going to be discontinued in the Beachbody collection and once they are gone they are gone forever!!!  Don't delay bc it will sell out fast!

P90X2 is a great workout! It is challenging, it works your core, it gives you more strength and stability and I love that it works multiple muscle groups at the same time!  Honestly, when I did this program I totally toned and trimmed up my mid section!!  

The ankle weights I use all the time!  I use them when I did Brazil Butt Lift and I use them with Pilates in the 21 Day Fix.  It definitely adds more resistance and makes the workouts more challenging!

Everything on this list is great!!!!  Think gifts for FATHERS DAY, think birthday presents or Christmas presents! Especially the Beachbody Apparel is great for the person who loves the workouts or is a coach!

Easy Pico Di Gallo

1 Jalapeno
3 large tomatoes (or six small ones, like roma)
1 small red onion (or half of a large one)
1 bunch of cilantro
1 medium lime (or 2 small ones)
Salt to taste
(Optional – diced garlic. I add two cloves of diced garlic sometimes, and that is great when you are using it in recipes)



To make the Pico Di Gallo simply:

1) Dice up the tomatoes and add to bowl.

2) Dice up the onion (I will substitute white or yellow onions if that is what I have on hand. A red onion will add a little more kick, but your choice. Also, you can increase or decrease the onion depending on your taste). Add your onions to the bowl with tomatoes.

3) Dice up the Jalapeno, finely, and add to bowl.

I do NOT seed it (remove the inside of it). Lots of the heat is in the Jalepeno seeds, so if you like a little kick to your pico di gallo, just cut off the stem and dice the rest of it up. If you like it a bit more mild, remove the seeds first.

4) Finely chop up half the bunch of cilantro (be sure to wash first), and add to bowl (we love cilantro, but you can adjust the amount depending on your taste).

5) Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mixture (or two, if they are small).

6) Add salt to taste (we use about 2 tsp.). Salt is important in this recipe, it brings out the rest of the flavors. The Pico Di Gallo will be bland without it.

Gently mix it all together. Add to a serving bowl, and put out some chips – and you are ready to entertain.

HOW TO GET A FULLER ROUNDER BUTT

Having a great butt is all the rage these days!  Remember when it was all about being skinny? We are far from that these days with music, social media, and basically everywhere you look is about the big, round booty.  Its hard for us pancake butts to keep up! 



So I am ready to join to craze and work on my backside!  I would squat and squat and squat away during my workouts but I seemed to always only feel it in my quads.  Looking back, I don’t think that I ever felt my glutes work in the 2 years that I have been seriously working out.   So, not only was I incorrectly doing the moves, I was also not activating my glutes, and I was not feeding my muscles with proper nutrition.  This resulted in my butt getting smaller and flatter. I'm ready to start adding daily squats and a few other moves to my routine so the muscles in my butt will feel like they have a purpose.  

 These are the moves I plan to incorporate into my daily routine.

Glute bridges





Donkey kicks



Bird dog




Here's the other part of training that most people ignore. you need to adjust what you are putting in your mouth. Protein at every meal no matter what and plenty of greens and yes, CARBS!!!!!   And  yes FAT!!!!   Your body needed this to build muscle.  What else is great about having a strong butt you ask?   It helps with back low back pain!   Sooooo many people I know suffer from low back pain.   So take action people and get those booty muscles working.  EAT REAL FOOD!  LIFT HEAVY WEIGHTS!!!!
