Challenge Group Details

The Challenge begins ONCE PER MONTH, on the first MONDAY of each month, and is a total of 30 days long!

It’s not just a body transformation though… it is going to set you up for long-term success in ALL areas of your life. I will warn you… It is going to stretch you to become more of who you a meant to be… You will need to be willing to open up and come to grasps with what has been holding you back in the past in order to let go and grow beyond it in the future!

I must be your assigned coach, so if you DO NOT yet have an account, click this link and create a FREE ONE!

If you DO have an assigned coach, you have TWO options! 

#1 - Reach out to your current coach and see if they run their own challenges (MANY do!)

or 

#2 - If you are not working with your assigned coach and would like to switch, you can do so by writing coachrelations@beachbody.com  or calling 1-800-240-0913 and requesting to have your coach changed to Kim Schneider #303246 (Doing so takes approx. 48-72 hours)

*I do not charge anything extra for you to be a part of my challenges… All I require is the following:

1. You must choose a Beachbody at-home fitness program. If you do not already own one that you would like to do… then I can work with you to pick the perfect one for your life-style and goals. (If you need to purchase a program, make sure you ask me how you can save between 25-30% OFF by ordering your Shakeology and program together!)

2. You must be willing to replace one meal a day with Shakeology for the 30 days and follow my nutrition guide. This is going to ensure you get the results you desire within the 30 day period of the challenge. DIET makes up 70% of your results… Therefore there will be a major emphasis on teaching you how to eat to FUEL your body during the challenge!

3. You must be open-minded and willing to share & participate in the group. We have daily assignments/check ins that are designed to help you overcome obstacles and grow as a person so that this is a lifestyle change, not a quick fix.

I have seen SO MANY women bounce from diet to the next with little results... THIS IS NOT A DIET, THIS is a LIFESTYLE. If you are ready to rip of the band-aid and do what it takes to live your best life... THIS is the challenge for YOU!

About me

Thank you so much for stopping by my site! My name is Kim Schneider and I am a Emerald Coach with Beachbody!  As you can tell I am a bit of a fitness and nutrition enthusiast. I believe strongly in taking care of one’s body and preventing and healing illness by adding in proper diet and exercise instead covering them with pills and prescriptions.

 I am most definitely here to help in any way that I can so if you have any nutrition or fitness questions or if you are feeling tired and just not like yourself then please feel free to send me a message any time! I would love to talk with you and help you plan out a method of “attack” so to speak and help guide you along your health journey and help you get your life back. I don’t believe in quick fixes…I really feel that fitness and nutrition are both lifetime journeys so I’m here for the long haul if you need my help :)



To give you a little history about me…I am married to an amazing man and my best friend, Steve, and we have four spunky little loves, Michael (10) Landon (8) Mackenzie (6) and Lainey (4). We live an absolutely CRAZY life but we wouldn't have it any other way and feel very blessed for all the opportunities and people that God has brought into our lives.











I decided to become a Coach in January of 2014 after I had already used T25 to transform and lose 30 lbs. I knew it had worked for me and wanted to share my success with others. The last year has been a wild and awesome ride and I’m so proud to say that my team TEAM HELLO MUSCLES is growing  and it’s awesome to see people helping people – from all around the country – working towards one common goal: Reversing The Trends of Obesity: One Relationship at a Time!

Chocolate Shakeology cookies




So I was craving chocolate and remembered seeing a recipe for the Shakeology cookies the other day, so I thought I'd try it. They are very yummy and helped my craving. Best part, they are way healthier than a chocolate bar 

1 cup Chocolate or Chocolate Vegan Shakeology
1 cup all natural peanut or almond butter
1 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1/2 cup raw honey

Combine peanut butter, oats, honey, and Shakeology in a mixing bowl. Mix well with your hands and roll mixture into balls. Spread them on a baking sheet and flatten. Chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour in the fridge

Zucchini Noodles with Pesto



I'm so excited, I finally got my hands on a Veggetti Spiral so I had to give it a try today!

It worked super easy, and the recipe turned out great!

Zucchini Noodles with Pesto
Yield: Serves 4
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
4 small zucchini, ends trimmed
2 cups packed fresh basil leaves
2 cloves garlic
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Cherry or grape tomatoes, optional

Directions:
1. Use a 
Veggetti Spiral to slice the zucchini into noodles. Set aside.

2. Combine the basil and garlic in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Slowly add the olive oil in a constant stream while the food processor is on. Stop the machine and scrape down the sides of the food processor with a rubber spatula. Add the lemon juice and Parmesan cheese. Pulse until blended. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Combine the zucchini noodles and pesto. Toss until zucchini noodles are well coated. Top with tomatoes, if using. Serve at room temperature or chilled.

Note-if you want to cook the zucchini noodles, you can. Just add the zucchini pesto noodles to a skillet and sauté them up over medium heat. It only takes a few minutes.
